New Client Policy:

We ask that new clients arrive 5 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 5 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our specialists may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Booking Policy:

A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, however,  you may pay as you please upon arrival. We strongly suggest pre-booking any returning services before leaving the spa to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for non maintenance services.

 

Late Policy:

If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 8 minutes late we will try our best to complete your service in the time allotted by. Will be subject to a $5 late fee on top of your original service price. If you are more than 9 minutes late, you will be considered a no show, Sugar Suites reserves the right to ask for the full service cost upon booking if you have two no shows. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your service.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 48 hours notice is not given we will try our best to re-book the appointment time. If we are unable to fill the time slot we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 60% of the service.

 

No Show Policy:

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 60% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

Children Policy:

Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.

Makeup/Lotion Policy:

Please thoroughly remove all makeup and/or lotion before arriving to your sugaring service.

Age Policy:

Clients must be at least 12 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.

Cell Phone Policy:

We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms.

Male Clients:

 

No Funny Business. 

we have a strict “No funny” business policy when it comes to sugaring; our motto for you keep in mind is “if you wouldn’t do that at your doctor’s office, don’t do it here. Skin is skin to us and body parts are just body parts. We understand this can be an odd situation, especially if it’s your first time getting waxed in your nether regions. Our Sugarists try to make everyone as comfortable as possible during their service, but at the end of the day we are professionals. We are providing our clientele with a professional service and we ask that our clients respect our Sugarists and their profession.

So please guys….
Penis jokes? Don’t do it.
Comment on our looks? You’re sweet, but now is not the time.
Ask what our “partners” sugar, or if we sugar our privates? That’s none of your business.
Tell us you like pain? Please stop.
And finally, we’ll go ahead and address the awkward elephant in the room to avoid getting weird phone calls: What if I get an erection while getting a male Brazilian?
First, this is not a happy ending situation. If that is what you are looking for you will be sadly disappointed when we STOP the service and you will be CHARGED.

When we see your junk it’s not sexy, it’s just another part of the body that needs hair removed.
With that said, what if it still happens? We can work with it. If it’s too out of control and impeding our work, we will wait until it subsides or stop the service. Your erection will usually die of natural causes (i.e. pain). Do we think you are a weirdo because you got an erection during this service? No. We understand that men are men and friction is friction. If you are laying there with your eyes closed, quiet and/or moaning then yes, that is not okay. Does having an erection help with the sugaring? NO. We are trained professionals and can get the hair off your skin without an erection.
We try to make everyone comfortable and we do it with humor. At the same time we are professional and want to make sure everyone on our staff is comfortable as well. If a client makes our staff uncomfortable, we will remove you from the service. Do not take Viagra or any other ED medication, do not will yourself to have an erection (yes, we can tell) and please do not touch your service provider. If you wouldn’t do it at your doctor’s office don’t do it at our salon!
We love our job & we believe a man deserves to receive a professional service, we simply ask you to treat each of us with utmost respect.
